Invitation to Bid Marshall University, on behalf of the Board of Governors, invites sealed bids to provide all work, including but not limited to labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation for R2100578 – Old Main Sanitary Sewer Upgrades, at Marshall University, Huntington, WV. The scope of work will include replacement of existing sanitary sewer, repair of concrete floor slabs and finishes disturbed inside of the building along with restoration of grade and lawn area, concrete walk and asphalt paying where disturbed on exterior. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., LPT on, September 3, 2020. via Zoom at the following link: https://marshall.zoom. us/j/94424991527. Attendance is mandatory for the following contractors: Plumbing Contractors. Bidders must attend the pre-bid meeting to familiarize themselves with the project location, site conditions, and other relevant information. Should any Bidder fail to attend their Bid will be disqualified.
