SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting offers from parties interested in providing on a lease basis, a combination of office, storage, filing and conference room space containing approximately 7,000 square feet, along with approximately fifty (50) parking spaces, situated within the greater Romney area. Special requirements would be a 60′ x 100′ paved lot suitable for motorcycle testing, as well as an observable area of public roadway. The proposed space can be either new construction or an existing building. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state and local codes, standards and ordinances. If applicable, prevailing wages apply for all construction in accordance with West Virginia Code 21-5A-1, et. seq. This is only a solicitation of interest. No phone calls please.
