CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA REGIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING and ABSTRACT OF BOND ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given to any person interested that on September 3, 2020, the Board of the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (the “Authority”) adopted an ordinance which: 1. Authorized the issuance of up to $7,000,000 in airport improvement revenue bonds in one or more series (the “Bonds”) to provide funds to finance all or a portion of the costs of the acquisition of certain emergency, safety and maintenance Equipment and design, acquisition, construction and equipping of certain Capital Improvements, and to pay costs of issuance. 2. Pledged the revenues received from the passenger facilities charges (PFCs) approved by the FAA to payment of the Bonds. 3. Provided for other terms and conditions with respect to the Bonds. The Authority contemplates the issuance of the Bonds described in, and under the conditions set forth in the Ordinance abstracted above. Any person interested may appear before the Board of the Authority at a regular meeting thereof at 12:00 pm, prevailing time, on September 23, 2020, at the Conference Room, Yeager Airport, Charleston, West Virginia, and present objections and be heard as to whether the above described Ordinance shall be put into effect. A certified copy of the Ordinance as adopted by the Board of Authority on September 3, 2020, is on file at the Airport management office for review by interested persons during regular office hours, Monday through Friday. /s/ H.
