AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE

Notice of Application

Notice is given that Tri-State Petroleum Corporation has
applied to the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a
Modification Application for Permit R13-3298 for a
Petroleum Bulk Storage Transfer Facility located on 98
South Main Street in New Martinsville in Wetzel County,
West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates
are: 39.638215 and -80.866619.

The applicant estimates the change in potential to
discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Particulate Matter (PM) of 0.01 tons per year (tpy),
PM10 of 0.01 tpy, PM2.5 of 0.01 tpy, volatile organic
compounds of 3.10 tpy, benzene of 0.023 tpy, cumene
of 0.0004 tpy, ethylbenzene of 0.007 tpy, hexane of
0.022 tpy, toluene of 0.031 tpy, xylenes of 0.028 tpy and
2,2,4 trimethylpentane of 0.022 tpy.

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the
1st of December, 2020. Written comments will be
received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601
57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30
calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
