NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY DRAFT SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WATER STREET, VILLAGE OF BARBOURSVILLE, SECTION 14 EMERGENCY STREAMBANK PROTECTION PROJECT The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, by this Notice of Availability (NOA), advises the public that the Draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (DSEA) for the Water Street, Village of Barboursville, and Section 14 Emergency Streambank Project is complete and available for public review. The project is located in the Cabell County, West Virginia. A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) is anticipated for the proposed project. A Draft FONSI is included with the DSEA for public review. In compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and 40 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) 1501.4, the DSEA and draft FONSI must be available to the public in the affected area for thirty (30) days for review and comment. Final determination regarding the need for additional NEPA documentation will be made after the public review period, which begins on or about September 26, 2020.
