ORDER OF PUBLICATION The above-styled civil action is to determine the ownership, and the validity of any liens, on a certain tract ofreal property in Cabell County, West Virginia and the object of this Order of Publication is to Effectuate Service of Process on the potential lienholder. To: Beneficial West Virginia, Inc. HSBC Finance Corporation, Inc. It appearing by the Complaint filed in this action that the Plaintiffs, Mark Robinson and Amy D. Robinson, desire to clarify the validity of a potential lien on a certain tract of property located in Wayne County, West Virginia. That by affidavit filed herein, the whereabouts and address of the defendants, which are all inactive corporations, are unknown. It is therefore ORDERED that the defendants, and/or any corporations and/or persons who may so object to said lien being extinguished, appear at the hearing of this Complaint to be held at the Wayne County Courthouse, in the Circuit Courtroom, on November 18, 2020 at 9:00 am, or otherwise serve their response upon Scott D. Maddox, counsel for Petitioner, whose address is 2320 Adams Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25704 on or before October 31, 2020. Failure to appear or respond will result in Plaintiffs seeking the relief requested in the Complaint filed herein.
