INVITATION TO BID Extermination Services Charleston-Kanawha Housing will receive sealed bids for Extermination Services until 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the Administrative Office located at 1525 Washington St. W, Charleston, WV, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 2:00 PM at 1525 Washington St. WV. Although encouraged, attendance to the Pre-Bid Conference is not required. All bids envelopes must be sealed and contain the wording “Extermination Services: – Bid Opening November 19, 2020.” Contract specifications may be obtained by visiting the Administrative Office located at he above stated address or by contracting Roy Woodard at (304) 3486451 ext 323. A contract will be issued to the lowest, responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of the specifications. Charleston-Kanawha Housing reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
