Notice The Cabell County Solid Waste Authority will hold a public hearing concerning the five-year update of the Cabell County Solid Waste Authority’s Comprehensive Litter and Solid Waste Control Plan. The hearing will take place at the Recycling Center Office located at 800 Virginia Ave, on the 6th day of November 2020 at 4:30 PM during which time public comments will be heard. This plan may be reviewed at all branch locations of the Cabell County Public Library, the Cabell County Clerk’s Office, and the Regional Planning and Development Office at 400 Third Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia 25701.
