NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of authority vested in the undersigned Trustee by that certain deed of trust executed by BARRY HOLLAND to FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., dated the 6TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2018, securing HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE TRI-STATE, INC, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book No. 2715, at page 391, by which was conveyed to the said Trustee the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a certain note set out and described therein, and default having been made in the payment of said note, and the said FLYNN, MAX, MILLER & MILLER, L.C., Trustee, having been requested so to do by the owner and holder of said note, shall sell to the highest and best bidder, on November 4, 2020, at 10:00 A.M., at the EAST FRONT DOOR of the Court House of Cabell County, West Virginia, the following described real estate: All that certain lot, or parcel of land situate in the City of Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, known and designated as Lot “W” and the no1therly 8-1/3 feet of Lot “V” on a map of Davis Sub-division of the southerly one-half of Block No. 354, which said map was made by Allman & Vicker s, Engineers, and filed in said Clerk’s office on February 13, 1917, and recorded in Deed Book No. 149, at page 55.
