The sale will be held online at www.storageauctions.com. Sale will include any and all items stored in unit. Bids will be accepted from 9:00 am, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2020 until 9:30am, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2020. Storage units will be awarded to highest bidders. Purchaser must pay in full, cash only, winning bid amount and a $100 refundable cash deposit (per unit). Those wishing to reclaim their property must pay any outstanding debt in full, cash only, by 8:30 am Monday, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2020. Upon payment in full unit must be vacated.
Auction Instructions: 72 Hour Cleanup – Buyer must have unit cleaned/swept to a move in ready condition by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2020 @ 9:30am; No Dumpster Privileges; $100 cash cleaning deposit per unit; Buyer must contact Climate Control Storage Plus, LLC by 5:00pm following the closing of auction to confirm sale; Office is located at 110 Van Kirk Drive Fairmont WV 26554 all locations are within 1 mile of office; Unit access only available during normal business hours Mon-Fri 9-5 unless other arrangements are made with management.
