Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of AEP West Virginia Transmission Company, Inc., and identified, recorded, and showing on Map 22, Parcel 19, and described in a Deed recorded in Deed Book 109, at page 162, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Lincoln County, West Virginia, as being situate on the east side of Guyan River, in Laurel Hill District, Lincoln County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows:TRACT NO.
