Notice to Vendors
The Board of Education of the County of Berkeley, Martinsburg, WV, will receive sealed bids by written proposal to provide a Demographic Study. Scope of services to be considered when developing the demographic data for the district will factor in county overview, live birth data, historical enrollment trends, enrollment projections, and housing growth. Deliverables will include special populations and race analysis, geocoding of student records for
map creation, cohort-component projections, and detailed
housing analysis. The sealed bids will be
accepted until 10:30 a.m., local prevailing time on the 10th day of November 2020, at the office of the Berkeley C
ounty Board of Education, 1453 Winchester Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25405, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Berkeley County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
