HATFIELD MCCOY REGIONAL RECREATION AUTHORITY MCDOWELL COUNTY, WV ASHLAND RESORT TOURISM PARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT THRASHER PROJECT #030-10061 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Ashland Resort Tourism Park Development Project will be received, by the Hatfield McCoy Regional Recreation Authority at the office of The Thrasher Group, Inc. located at 160 Association Drive, Charleston, West Virginia until 1:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The approximate quantities of work to be bid upon are described as follows: Construction of Ashland Resort Tourism Park Development Project. Project will involve the construction of approximately 1,900 LF of gravel access road connecting County Route 17 to a proposed resort area along with the installation of a proposed water line, water tank, sanitary sewer line, 1 stream crossing, new 20,000 gpd wastewater treatment facility, and the demolition, relocation, and installation of an existing 15,000 gpd wastewater treatment facility. The Work will be substantially completed within two-hundred forty (240) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within two-hundred seventy (270) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
