IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 20-CJA-65 TASHAYLA HENRY, biological mother of infant Z.M.H, whose date of birth is July 11, 2020, and the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant Z.M.H, whose date of birth is July 11, 2020. Natural child of Tashayla Henry.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by UNKNOWN FATHER of infant Z.M.H, whose date of birth is July 11, 2020.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant Z.M.H, whose date of birth is July 11, 2020. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER is notified that he may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of December, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights UNKNOWN FATHER of infant Z.M.H, whose date of birth is July 11, 2020, may be terminated.
