PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the B-C-K-P Regional Intergovernmental Council, the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Charleston, WV urbanized area, is amending its Title VI Plan in accordance with all federal requirements. The amendment to the Regional Intergovernmental Council MPO Title VI Plan reflects a modification to the formal update cycle length of the RIC MPO Title VI Plan from the current update cycle length of (5) years to the proposed update cycle length of (4) years.
