Now comes the Petitioner, BankUnited N.A., by counsel, who states that the object of the above styled suit is to quiet title in the subject real estate more commonly known as: 121 Morningstar Lane, Beckley, WV 25801, by releasing a prior improperly released deed of trust.
It is ordered that Respondent, Unknown Heirs of James Byrge, Sr., do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
