AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Eastern Aggregates, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit Registration for a Nonmetallic Minerals Processing Plant to be located off of County Route 25, NE of Sullivan, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.720414, – 81.177291
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 41.25 TPY of PM and 13.46 TPY of PM-10.
In addition, the applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants from a diesel engine will be: 10.85 TPY of NOx; 29.88 TPY of CO, 10.18 TPY of SO2, 4.34 TPY of PM1 O and 0.13 TPY total HAPs.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 1st day of February, 2021. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
