The object of the above entitled action is for Michelle Gibons to legally change his/her name to Michelle Valentine. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Michelle Gibons to Michelle Valentine.
A hearing shall be on the 2nd day of December, 2020 at 8:30am o’clock before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
