This is notice that on the 8th day of December, 2020, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Herber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Chad Scarbro for the purpose of a Digital Billboard on property located at 2159 Flat Top Road, Cool Ridge, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 34, Parcel 72.3, Raleigh County, WV.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
