NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pendleton Community Bank (the “Secured Party”), as the holder of security interests in certain personal property, consisting of construction vehicles and equipment described below (the “Personal Property”), has authorized Ritchie Bros. (the “Auctioneer”) to hold a public on-line sale of all Personal Property on:
DECEMBER 3, 2020 BEGINNING AT 10:00 A.M. EASTERN TIME

TERMS OF SALE:
1. THE PERSONAL PROPERTY IS SOLD AND CONVEYED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED.
2. All warranties on disposition of property referenced in Section 46-9-610(d) of the West Virginia Code (other than title and possession) are expressly disclaimed.
