The Plaintiff in the above styled civil action seeks Court approval and apportionment of a proposed settlement by the Estate of Jalen Terrell Tucker, for the wrongful death of the Plaintiff’s decedent on April 13, 2019.
It appearing that publication may be necessary for persons who are heirs of said Estate or whose whereabouts are unknown, it is therefore:
ORDERED that any unknown heirs do appear at the Hearing on the 7th day of December, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. before this Honorable Court, Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick, presiding, Raleigh County Courthouse, 222 Main Street, Beckley, West Virginia, 25801, with proof of heirship, otherwise the interests of any unknown heirs may be forever waived.
