and fixtures, new epoxy
flooring, and new restroom
partitions in the pool
house at Lewis Wetzel
Park.

Each Bid must be
accompanied by either a
bid bond in an amount of
5% of the Bid amount or
by certified check or
cashier’s check in the
amount of not less than
5% of the Bid amount.
The successful bidder will
be required to provide a
performance and payment
bond for 100% of the
contract price.
The Owner reserves the
right to waive irregularities
and to reject any and all
bids.

PM.
