And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that service was attempted on the Defendant via Sheriff, certified mail and private process server yet no service was obtained.
It is ordered that Jacob Skinner, does service upon Brenda Miller, Ohio County Circuit Court, Clerk, whose address is 1500 Chapline Street, 4th Floor, Wheeling WV 26003, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before January 4, 2021, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Jacob Skinner at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the Clerk at her office.
