Notice is hereby given that Kingston Mining, Inc., PO Box 69, Pax, WV 25904, filed an application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, for an extension of inactive status on Permit No. U302612 located near Kincaid (Nearest Post Office) in Valley District of Fayette County.
Written Comments on this application shall identify the applicant and application number and will be received by the Inspection and Enforcement Supervisor at the DEP address above until January 16th 2021 or thirty (30) days from date of publication.
