The object of this suit is to Quiet Title to Real Property Located at .50/Meadow Fk, Plateau District, Fayette County, Oak Hill, WV 25901. To the Above-named Defendants: You are hereby summoned to respond within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this Action, to wit, within 60 days after the 15th day of December, 2020, and defend the above entitled action, and answer the complaint of the Above-named Plaintiffs, and serve a copy of your answer upon Branden Ledford, Esq. P.O. Box 105 Parkersburg, WV 26102; and in case of your failure to do so, a judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint.
