ORDER OF PUBLICATION The objects of the above-entitled action are a Notice of Registration of Foreign Custody Order and a Petition for Expedited Enforcement of North Carolina Emergency Custody Order. It appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Petitioner has used due diligence to ascertain the residence and whereabouts of Respondent Danielle Heckelman, without effect, it is ordered that Respondent Danielle Heckelman do serve upon Sandra Henson Kinney and Henson Kinney Law, PLLC, 105 Capitol St., #300, Charleston, West Virginia 25314, a Petition to Vacate the Registration of Foreign Custody Order and an Answer to the Petition for Expedited Enforcement of North Carolina Emergency Custody Order or other defense to the Registration and Petition filed in this action on or before 30 days otherwise, judgment by default will be taken against Respondent Danielle Heckelman at any time thereafter.
