IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 20-CJA-80 BETHANY EFAW, biological mother of infant G.B., whose date of birth is September 11, 2020. Natural child of Bethany Efaw.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, has filed a Petition alleging abuse and neglect by BETHANY EFAW, biological mother of infant G.B., whose date of birth is September 11, 2020.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that BETHANY EFAW has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant G.B., whose date of birth is September 11, 2020. It is ORDERED that BETHANY EFAW is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 20th day of January, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights BETHANY EFAW, biological mother of infant G.B., whose date of birth is September 11, 2020, may be terminated.
