Oakes, Unknown Heirs of Gregory Ross Gardner, Unknown Heirs of Brien Kent Gardner, Unknown Heirs of Sharon Toney, and Unknown Successor to Greenpoint Credit, LLC, do serve upon Christopher A. Dawson, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates, LLC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
