The object of the above entitled action is for Heather Nicole Conway to legally change his/her name to Heather Nicole Bara. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Heather Nicole Conway to Heather Nicole Bara.
A hearing shall be on the 1st day of February, 2021 at 10:30 AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Ronald E. Wilson at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
