OF SURPLUS AND OBSOLETE
VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT
The City of Fairmont will be auctioning surplus and obsolete vehicles and equipment online via GOVDEALS.COM. Except as specifically identified, all items listed herein will be sold to the highest bidder for any sum found to be fair and adequate consideration by the City of Fairmont.
The exact time/date of concluding auction items will be listed on each item’s auction page. Some items listed will be auctioned off at a later time. Date and time determined by that specific department.
The City of Fairmont reserves the right, without further notice, to extend the auction, withdraw an item, auction an item at a later time/date, immediately halt any sale, amend the minimum bid amount, re-bid the item at a later date and time, or take any other action with regard to any item of said property or such sale in the entirety which is deemed advantageous to the City of Fairmont.
All interested parties should register as a bidder on Govdeals.com and agree to the terms and conditions as set forth under their guidelines, which can be viewed by visiting https://www.govdeals.com/register/registration/terms. Bidders will also be able ask questions, view the location and schedule an appointment to see the item.
