NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION
Cardinal Construction Company, a West Virginia corporation, received a Certificate of Dissolution from the West Virginia Secretary of State dated July 16, 2020. Any person with a claim against the corporation must include a description of the claim and the name, address and telephone number of the claimant and must mail a copy of such information regarding such claim to the corporation as follows: Cardinal Construction Company P.O. Box 429 Nitro, West Virginia 25143 A claim against the Corporation will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after publication of this Notice.
