WATER & WASTEWATER CUSTOMERS OF THE
CITY OF THOMAS, TUCKER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that the City of Thomas, a Municipal Corporation, will hold a hearing before the final vote on proposed ordinances, the principal object of which is to adjust the water and wastewater rates for customers of the Water and Wastewater Systems operated by the City of Thomas, Tucker County, West Virginia. The titles of such ordinances are, “An Ordinance to amend Water Rates and an Ordinance to amend Wastewater Rates.”
The following rates are proposed:

A Public hearing will be held in the 1st floor Conference Room of the Thomas Education Center, 342 Brown Street, Thomas, WV on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 6:00 PM.
Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to the passage of the proposed ordinances.
The final vote on adoption of said proposed ordinances shall be at the scheduled City Council meeting in the 1st floor Conference Room of the Thomas Education Center, 342 Brown Street, Thomas, WV on Tuesday December 15, 2020 at 6:30 PM.
Copies of the proposed ordinances are available at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, 307 Spruce Street. Thomas, WV.
