TO: KATELYN ELIZABETH HOWELL
Take notice that the subject of the above referenced
civil action is for the guardianship of Z.T.H by
Petitioner, Brianna Williams.
And it appearing to the undersigned Clerk, from the
verified Affidavit filed herein, that the current residence
and whereabouts of Katelyn Elizabeth Howell is
unknown to the Affiant and Petitioner and cannot, with
reasonable due diligence, be ascertained. It is
ORDERED that a hearing is scheduled for the 26th day
of January 2021 at 2:30 pm, to be held before the
Honorable Family Court Judge, telephonically. The
Respondent shall serve upon the Circuit Clerk’s
Office, 200 Main Street, New Martinsville, WV 26155,
an Answer, including any related counterclaim or
defense you may have to the Petition, otherwise, after
proper hearing, the Petitioner’s shall seek guardianship
of Z.T.H and judgment for the relief prayed for in said
Petition.
A copy of the Petition filed herein may be obtained from
the undersigned Clerk at her office in the ,Courthouse in
New Martinsville, Wetzel County, West Virginia,
