NOTICE
On May 11, 2020, Williams Holdings, LLC, dba Williams Transport, now known as SRC Holdings, LLC, dba Williams Transport filed a verified M.C. Form No. 11, to transfer Certificate Nos. 6757, 6922, 6928 and 7298 toSRC Holdings, LLC, dba Williams Transport, formerly known as Williams Transport.
On June 15, 2020, Commission Staff filed an Initial and Final Joint Staff Memorandum recommending the application be approved, if there are no protests, after proper publication.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or notice of intervention within ten days following the date of this publication unless otherwise modified by Commission order. If no protests are received, the Commission may waive formal hearing and render its decision on the application based on the evidence submitted with the application and the Commission’s review thereof. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission’s rules on intervention set forth in the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.
