Bechtel, Legal Aid of West Virginia, 115 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV 25801.
You are further notified that a final hearing will be held on March 23, 2021 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, by the Hon. Darl Poling, Judge, in the Raleigh County Judicial Center, 222 Main Street, 3r floor, Beckley, West Virginia.
Failure to respond or appear will result in termination of any parental rights you may have.
