SOLICITATION OF INTEREST The State of West Virginia is soliciting offers from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, a combination of offices, workstations, reception area, storage, filing, and a large conference room space, containing approximately 15,000 – 20,000 square feet, along with 75 employee and 10 visitor parking spaces. Must be situated within the areas of Hurricane or Teays Valley. Must have close access to Interstate 64 and located on a bus route. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and must meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and ordinances.
