EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 21-127 Architectural / Engineering Design Services Pursuant to WV Code 5G-1-3, the Kanawha County Board of Education is seeking expressions of interest for services for qualified design professionals to provide Architectural / Engineering Services for: Project 1 – Concrete Pool at Elk Elementary Center Project 2 – Addition and Renovations for SBA funded Project at Ruthlawn Elementary School. Project 3 – Bus garage and terminal at East Bank The Board of Education considers the design and construction of these facilities as separate projects, and through the qualification process reserve their right to award to separate firms, or as a group of projects to one firm. To obtain a copy of the Request for Statement of Qualifications and submission requirements, please visit the Kanawha County Schools Purchasing Departments website: https://kcs.kana.k12.wv.us/Calendar/purchasing-bid-calendar Statement of Qualifications must be received by Kanawha County Board of Education (via hard copy submission), addressed to the attention of Mr. Alan Cummings, Purchasing Director, at 3300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302 no later than 1:30 pm local prevailing time on February 16, 2021. A selection team will evaluate the statement of qualifications and will conduction discussion with the at least three (3) of the professional firms submitting these statements deemed to be the most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Kanawha County Board of Education for approval.
