NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE OF VALUABLE REAL ESTATE Pursuant to the authority vested in the undersigned by deed of trust dated the 10th day of July, 2012, signed by Christopher Todd Murray and Brandi Nicole Murray, husband and wife, to Richard A. Pill, Trustee(s), which said deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 3885, at page 154, and Golden & Amos, PLLC, Trustee having been requested so to do by the Secured Creditor, and default having been made under the terms and conditions of said deed of trust, and the provisions in said deed of trust concerning acceleration having been complied with by the Secured Creditor and present holder of the note, said Trustee will sell at public auction at 11:15 o’clock a.m. on the 18th day of FEBRUARY 2021 at the front doors of the Courthouse in Kanawha County in Charleston, West Virginia the following described real estate: All their right, title and interest in and to all that certain lot and parcel of land, together with the improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate near Cross Lanes, in Union District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, on the waters of Rocky Fork of the Pocatalico River, said lot being a part of Part “A” of the division of Lots 3 and 24, G.C. This conveyance is made subject to all easements and rights of way of record affecting said property, including the reservation of easements for utilities, and also a ten-foot easement for sanitary purposes across the rear of said property.
