NOTICE OF INDEFINITE SUSPENSION TO: Muhammed Nasher-Alneam 204 Wellington Pointe Charleston, WV 25309 The State Medical Board of Ohio 30 E. Broad Street, 3rd Floor Columbus, OH 43215-6127 In the Matter of: Muhammed Nasher-Alneam, M.D. 18-CRF-0030 On September 12, 2019, the State Medical Board of Ohio mailed an order of indefinite suspension to Muhammed Nasher-Alneam, M.D. via certified mail, return receipt requested, at his last known address of record, 204 Wellington Pointe, Charleston, WV 25309. The Order was returned to the Board from the postal service marked “Return to Sender, Unable to Forward”. A copy of the Notice is available on the Board’s website at www.elicense.ohio.gov. Dr. Nasher-Alneam, MD may be entitled to an appeal. Such an appeal must be commenced by the filing of a Notice of Appeal with the State Medical Board and the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. The Notice of Appeal must set forth the Order appealed from and state that the State Medical Board’s Order is not supported by reliable, probative, and substantive evidence and is not in accordance with law. The Notice of Appeal may, but is not required to, set forth the specific grounds of the appeal. Any such appeal must be filed within fifteen (15) days after the last date of publication in accordance with the requirements of Section 119.12, Ohio Revised Code.
