NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 3, 2016, from Vivian L. Dreblow aka Vivian Lee Dreblow to Marc B. Lazenby, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Putnam County, West Virginia in Trust Deed Book No. 1131, at page 231, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $54,409.68, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Putnam County Courthouse in Winfield, West Virginia on March 9, 2021 at 10:30 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain tract or parcel of land, together with the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate on the waters of Cow Creek, in Teays Valley District, Putnam County, West Virginia, containing 0.39 acres, more or less, as shown on survey dated September 14, 2002, entitled “Plat of Survey Showing a 0.39 Acre Portion of the Elva Jean Morrison Property” made by Richard E. Kinder Jr. Commonly known as RR 4, Box 81, Hurricane, West Virginia 25526. Being the same property conveyed from Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. to Vivian L. Dreblow by Deed dated April 22, 2016, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office in Deed Book No. 551, at page 564. Terms of the sale: Ten percent nonrefundable cash deposit due at sale.
