(Cert No. 355624 JAI Properties) To: TM PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC, C/O MARK HYLAND, TM PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC, ELLINGTON MORTGAGE PARTNERS, LP, CITY OF WHEELING CITY COUNTY BLDG, AND SUNBURST DEVELOPMENT, INC., or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that JAI Properties, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 355624, located in WHEELING CITY CORP District, D Zane S 27 1/2 FT 67 (2013-2014) D Zane S 27 1/2 FT 67 RES O&G (2015) which was returned deliquent or nonentered in the name of BARR BRUCE A & DEBORAH A (2013) SOLTAN NIVINE (2014) T M PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC (2015), and was sold by the deputy commissioner of deliqnuent and nonentered lands of OHIO County at the sale for the real delinquent taxes on 02/13/2020. JAI Properties requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 03/30/2021, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
