PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of March 9th 2021 at 7:00 p.m. will consider the following request for an Appeal, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
V-80-21-1: An Appeal by Z Best Pizza, Inc., and John NMN Horn, By Council, James W. Keenan, as required by Article 15.08.070 to appeal a determination made by the Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding Permit #2021-002,164.
Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should be present.
