You are hereby notified that there is filed in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virginia, City National Bank of West Virginia’s Complaint Seeking to Set Aside a Deed Issued Pursuant to a Tax Sale. The civil action seeks to set aside a tax deed to property you formerly owned in Raleigh County, West Virginia known as Lot 10, Deer Park Subdivision, Shady Springs, WV.
It is hereby ORDERED that the above-named individuals serve upon James W. Lane, Jr., counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 200 Capitol St. Charleston, WV 25301, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to City National Bank of West Virginia’s Complaint on or before April 1, 2021. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment may rendered in the case on the issues raised by City National Bank of West Virginia’s Complaint Seeking Declaratory Judgment as to Ownership of Real Estate, and Allotment of Undivided Interests in Real Estate.
