ACTION TO QUIET TITLE TO REAL ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that Cecil Emory Huffman and Faye Huffman, his wife, Plaintiffs, have filed suit in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, West Virgina against a 0.263 acre parcel of land, Mount Tabor, Town District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Defendant, as is listed in the Assessor’s Office of Raleigh County, West Virginia as Map Number 26 at parcel number 24. The purpose of this lawsuit is to quiet title to said parcel resulting in fee ownership of same to palintiffs. Notice is hereby given that if you have a legal interest in said property you should contact the Circuit Clerk of Raleigh County, West Virginia to obtain a copy of the Complaint in this matter in order to file an answer to same stating your interest in said parcel, if any, and you should also serve a copy of the same upon plaintiffs’ counsel, namely Thomas K.
