ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
SNOW REMOVAL OF CITY OWNED PARKING LOTS
The City of Bluefield, West Virginia will receive sealed bids at City Hall, 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, West Virginia, 24701 until 2:00 p.m. local time March 26, 2021. The bids are for snow removal at City owned parking lots for the winter of 2021-2022. The bids are only for the plowing of snow. For a detailed map of the parking lots which are the subject of this advertisement, please contact the Engineering Department at the City of Bluefield. Bids must be sealed, and must be marked as follows on the exterior of the envelope: “ATTENTION: ROBERT LUTHER, CITY CLERK SNOW REMOVAL BID”
The successful bidder will remove the snow from the subject lots one time per snow event with additional treatments as directed by City’s Public Works Department. Bids are to express the price per clearing of each lot, and a total. The contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest total cost per all lots.
Sealed bids will be opened on March 26, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., at City Hall, 200 Rogers Street, Bluefield, WV 24701.
The City of Bluefield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
