The Petitioner has filed a Motion to Modify the Disposition in this case, It is ORDERED that ASHLEY HELMS is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Motion from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia. Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 29thday of April, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. for a Motion to Modify Respondent Ashley Helms and Respondent Donald Helms’ Disposition she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise her parental rights to J.C. ,whose date of birth is June 25, 2015, may be terminated.
