Please take notice that on the 21st day of May, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Central Catholic High School for a variance from Table 9-C: To increase the maximum amount of signage in the C-1 Zone from 100 sq. ft. to 130 sq. ft. Purpose of Request: To erect new signage.
The property is described as follows:
Northeast corner of 14th and Eoff Streets.
More commonly known as 75 – 14th Street.
