ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of the above-entitled action is a Petition for Modification of Parenting Plan. It appearing that the whereabouts of the Respondent, Steven M. Hawver, are unknown to the Petitioner, but that his last known whereabouts were in South Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia. It appearing to the Court that this matter is properly before the Court, it is therefore ORDERED and DECREED t hat the matter shall be brought for hearing before the Honorable Keeneth Ballard, of the Family Court of Kanawha County, Kanawha County Courthouse, Judicial Annex, 111 Court Street, Charleston, WV at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the 31st day of March, 2021, at which time the Petitioner and any witnesses shall be examined under oath.
