Notice is hereby given that Brittany Nicole Munsey will on the 3rd day of June, 2021, at 1:30 o’clock p.m., appear before the Honorable Matthew D. England, Family Court Judge, Family Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, in the Office of the Family Court Judge located at 213 North Court Street, Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia, or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard, and request a name change of her minor child of her surname to be reflected on her birth certificate as provided by statutory law of the State of West Virginia. Should said hearing need to be rescheduled for any reason, no further notice or publication shall be required in relation thereto.
