REQUEST FOR BIDS
Ohio County Development Authority (OCDA) is accepting bids for the following project:

9 Flooring (including epoxy, carpet, sports flooring, stair, LVT, wall tile)
10 Mechanical & Plumbing

12 Electrical (including fire alarm, data, access control, security)
13 Fire Protection
14 Painting
15 Concrete
Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, April 1, 2021, at 3:00PM/EST, at which time they will be opened at The Highlands Event Center and publicly read aloud. Copies of plans, specifications and proposal forms can be obtained from the Architect, Mills Group, 53 Fourteenth Street, Suite 607 Wheeling, WV 26003, 304-233-0048, or by contacting OCDA at its main office at 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059, 304-234-3893. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for drawings and specs on compact disc. Plans and specifications may also be viewed at the following: Project Best, 21 Armory Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003; Builder’s Exchange, 1813 North Franklin Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15233; and Ohio Valley Construction Employer’s Council, 329 N. 4th Street, Steubenville, OH 43952. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 and noted on the envelope as a bid for: OCDA Project #: HS Fitness Center, 6 Carpentry, 7 Roofing, Sheet Metal, ACM, Expansion Joint, 8 Storefronts / Glazing, 9 Flooring (including epoxy, carpet, sports flooring, stair, wall tile), 10 Mechanical & Plumbing, 11 MP Insulation, 12 Electrical (including fire alarm, data, access control, security) 13 Fire Protection; 14 Painting; 15 Concrete
A satisfactory bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of each bid is required. OCDA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its sole discretion. A non – mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 2:00PM/EST at The Highlands Event Center, 355 Wharton Circle, Suite 235, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
